Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required in order to book a gite. The balance falling due 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental period.

Cancellation charges apply as follows.
Prior to 8 weeks - Full refund given, minus a small admin charge of 50€
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund

A deposit of €200 for breakages is required on arrival, and is fully refunded, providing the Gite & all properties are returned in the same condition as provided.

Gites should be returned clean & tidy.
The fridge, cooker, microwave, BBQ and bathrooms must be thoroughly cleaned. All floors should be swept & mopped prior to departure. A surcharge, of 75€ per Gite, will be taken out of the deposit; to cover our costs of cleaning; should the Gite NOT be returned in the same clean condition as provided.

An optional cost; by pre-arrangement; for us to clean on your departure is available at 75€.
